the greatest song ever written

I know what you are thinking. I am going to be debating the beatles vs the rolling stones. No offense to either of these super-groups but neither of them have anything on Cee Loo Green for the greatest song ever written. Take a listen and then try to argue with me.

such a catchy tune. too bad it will have to be severely edited for radio play. "forget you" does not have the same ring to it.

how can you argue against that?

shakespeare I love

After countless days of slogging through rows and rows of clothing I yearn for something to lift my spirits. That can either come in the form of a catered Nobu lunch graciously provided by my friends at A.G. This dish is literally one of the five best things I have ever put in my mouth. I highly recommend you indulge in the Nobu black cod with miso if you ever get the chance. It is so good it will make you cry.

or sometimes it just takes a single humorous t-shirt to make my whole trip. I want to thank headline tees for beaming a little ray of sunshine into my day. this made the whole trip worthwhile.

vegas

Off to vegas to attend what is probably close to my 30th magic.

I love vegas.

I love it for the same reason that I am obsessed with going to dubai. Nothing is real there. They make everything look ridiculous. And I mean that in a good way.

The people who hate vegas hate it for that very same reason. If you focus too much on what is going on there of course you will hate it. There is nothing more depressing that seeing a ninety year old woman in a wheelchair, chain-smoking with her players card stuck in a slot machine connected by a bungee cord. Of course she is blowing her life savings so they can add another wing to the palms.

That is why I try to not notice those types of things. It is easy to get distracted by all the bright lights and sounds. Instead I focus on the great food, the fact that you can leave one casino with drink in hand, get into a cab and get out at another casino with the same drink. I also focus on seeing all of my friends in the industry (both store owners and reps) It is like a high school reunion that I get to attend twice a year.

I love it. I will try to check in while I am here but might not be able to tell you much because as we all know what happens here stays here......

of course there are only seven of you following this blog at this time so even if I did tell you all the exciting details, between you only about 20 people would end up finding out
